Report a wrong price or a dead listing

This is the most useful message you can send. Include the page address and what you saw instead of what was published. Bad data gets removed from the catalogue the same day.

Sellers and brands

If a listing of yours is shown incorrectly, or you want it removed, say so and it will be handled. What we cannot offer is paid placement, a higher score, or a revised verdict — the ranking is computed from published figures and is identical for everyone.

What we cannot help with

Anything about an order you placed: payment, delivery, refunds, disputes. We never see your order. Open a dispute from your AliExpress account instead — that is the only channel with access to it, and it is also the fastest.
